Before Your Appointment

To reduce swelling and bruising:
• Avoid NSAIDs and blood-thinning supplements (fish oil, vitamin E) for 7 days prior
• Please reschedule your appointment if you have an active cold sore, infection, or skin irritation in the treatment area.

During Your Visit

• Appointment time: 45–60 minutes
• Advanced numbing is used for comfort
• Treatment is precise, gentle, and customized

After Your Treatment

• Apply ice packs intermittently for the first 24 hours
• Avoid strenuous exercise and heat (saunas, hot tubs) for 48 hours
