To ensure safety and best results:

• Do not receive treatment if pregnant, breastfeeding, or diagnosed with neuromuscular disorders
• Treatment area must be free of infection, rash, or cold sores
• Avoid for 3–7 days prior (unless prescribed):
Aspirin, NSAIDs, fish oil, vitamin E, ginkgo, ginseng, and garlic supplements

To maximize your results:

• First 4 hours: Stay upright. Do not lie flat or bend excessively
• First 24 hours: Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms, and facial pressure
• Gentle cleansing and light makeup are okay once redness resolves
